Submitting a Complaint
All complaints must be submitted using the form below and will be received by the Vice News Network Board, which includes the CEO and several external members. To ensure a thorough review, your complaint must include:

Please note that Vice News Network reserves the right to deny complaints that present low-quality evidence or involve witnesses with a potential conflict of interest.
Complaints Process
Complaints are reviewed through a structured three-stage process:
Initial Investigation (10 Working Days)
Upon receipt, the Board will conduct an initial assessment to determine the validity and scope of the complaint.
You will receive acknowledgment of your complaint and an outline of the next steps.
Investigation Resolution (5 Working Days)
A detailed examination of the complaint will be conducted, including review of evidence and witness statements where applicable.
If further information is required, you may be contacted for clarification.
Investigation Result (Final Decision)
Following the investigation, the Board will issue a resolution, which may include corrective actions or a formal response addressing the complaint.
You will be notified in writing of the outcome.
